One Response to James Corbett: How Big Oil Conquered the World

Very interesting. I can’t help but feel that we as people have let ourselves down. Rather than think for ourselves rationally, we allow emotion to rule, and that is how these powerful people are allowed to manipulate how we think and act.

The secret to getting the better of them is more accountable government, and a government that has to act in everyone’s interest and act AFTER everyone votes. This documentary is a classic case where these powerful people are psychopaths and where the rules of capitalism have been broken from the get go.

All the rules and regulations have been to bolter the bottom line. All the accounting rules allow these powerful people to hide their identity and create monopolies. This is why there has never been a time in history when the haves and have not’s have been so far apart.

One key aspect to undermining these people is going to be the undermining of the scientific edifice of settled science that is allowing them to perpetrate the global warming meme. Lots of bits have a part to play here and we just need our scientific community to grow a pair.
