Fiery Trigons: 3rd Millennium Prognosis

Esoteric astrology and modern astronomy are combined to create a long range weather forecast.

Esoteric Astrology
In the grand scheme of Jupiter-Saturn conjunctions the Great Mutation Cycle ensures a Fiery Trigon arrives in Aries every ~ 800 years.

This implies the Great Conjunctions of Jupiter-Saturn take ~ 2,400 years to precess through 360° with the Fiery Trigon arriving in Aries every ~ 800 years / 120° / 40 conjunctions.

The last Fiery Trigon arrived in Aries during the Maunder Minimum in 1702.

Leona Libby’s Old Japanese Cedar Tree chronology suggests there was an 11 years lag between the arrival of the Fiery Trigon and the Maunder Minimum minimum.

Therefore, in broad brush strokes, the Great Mutation Cycle suggests a climate maximum will occur in 2113 followed by a series of lower-lows and a climate minimum in 2512.

Modern Astronomy
Modern ephemeris suggest the next Fiery Trigon arrives in Aries during 2497.

And modern datasets suggest there is a natural “~ 60-year oscillation”.

Ancient and Modern Prognostication
Hopefully, combining the ancient and modern will provide a more precise prognostication.

The hind-casting part of the prognostication highlights the “cooling phase from 1880 to 1910”.

As shown by the historic pattern of GDOs and PDOs over the past century and by corresponding global warming and cooling, the pattern is part of ongoing warm/cool cycles that last 25-30 years.

The global cooling phase from 1880 to 1910, characterized by advance of glaciers worldwide, was followed by a shift to the warm-phase PDO for 30 years, global warming and rapid glacier recession.

The cool-phase PDO returned in ~1945 accompanied by global cooling and glacial advance for 30 years. Shift to the warm-phase PDO in 1977 initiated global warming and recession of glaciers that persisted until 1998.

The hind-casting also highlights the “multidecadal cooling” from about 1939 until 1969.

multidecadal cooling since about 1940.

Tomorrow also marks the 48-year anniversary of Edmonton’s historic deepfreeze, which started on January 7th, 1969, and which lasted all the way to February 1st.

The hind-casting element of the prognostication also includes a 1999 maximum that is remarkably close to the “especially intense El Niño” of 1998 and the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction of 2000.

Skeptical Science

The major 1982–83 El Niño led to an upsurge of interest from the scientific community.
The period 1991–95 was unusual in that El Niños have rarely occurred in such rapid succession.

An especially intense El Niño event in 1998 caused an estimated 16% of the world’s reef systems to die. The event temporarily warmed air temperature by 1.5 °C, compared to the usual increase of 0.25 °C associated with El Niño events.

The prognostication includes a 2028 minimum that might even deliver a lower low than 1969. However, it’s unlikely the 2028 minimum will live up to the Grand Minimum hype.

This approach also predicts the modern grand minimum upcoming in 2020-2055.

Overall, this 3rd millennium prognostication is at the optimistic end of the soothsayer spectrum.

On January 21, 2019, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) stated that the world will end in 12 years. Here’s the countdown to the End of the World…

But only time will tell whether any of these long range weather forecasts are valid.

By coincidence – or not – Uranus and Neptune were aligned at end 1992/start 1993. Due to their very slow orbit speeds the alignment is quite close for 2-3 years either side of that, depending on how close your ‘close’ needs to be. This only happens every 172~ years.

  2. Playing around with ‘Solar System Live’ and going back in time, revealed interesting material.
Early on I was given a couple of dates, somewhat precise, from dendrochronolgy, which matched/corroborated dates obtained from other sources. One was 4375bce. Testing this date in particular, with SSL showed J + S and the sun in line and all on one side with Earth (date = -4375 nov 1). -4374bce May 1 is similar but Earth is in between sun and planets. However N and U are way out of that lineup.
Same at 2348,3202, 3559 (not precise but eventful); which means when Earth is in line with sun and S+J dreadful events can happen. Not a trigger but apparently a conditional requirement.
