Fox News runs with: “Moderate Democrats Rally Around Biden”.

Donna Brazile to Ronna McDaniel: ‘Go to hell’

The only problem with this Circle The Wagons strategy is that somebody has to remember where the The Wagons are parked.

And yeah, it’s unpleasant to have to keep pointing this out.

    I’m not loving it myself.

I resent Biden’s handlers and the Democratic Party establishment for making it necessary to continually point out an old man’s obvious symptoms of cognitive decline.

But it does need to be pointed to, and it’s creepy and weird that they’re continuing to prop up this crumbling husk of a man while pretending that everything’s fine.

Caitlin Johnstone is doing a great job documenting the descent into dementia and farce.

The establishment narrative warfare against Gabbard’s campaign dwarfs anything we’ve seen against Sanders, and the loathing and dismissal they’ve been able to generate have severely hamstrung her run.

It turns out that a presidential candidate can get away with talking about economic justice and plutocracy when it comes to domestic policy, and some light dissent on matters of foreign policy will be tolerated, but aggressively attacking the heart of the actual bipartisan foreign policy consensus will get you shut down, smeared and shunned like nothing else. This is partly because US presidents have a lot more authority over foreign affairs than domestic, and it’s also because endless war is the glue which holds the empire together.

And now they’re working to install a corrupt, right-wing warmongering dementia patient as the party’s nominee.

And from the looks of the numbers I’ve seen from Super Tuesday so far, it looks entirely likely that those manipulations will prove successful.

All this means is that the machine is exposing its mechanics to the view of the mainstream public.

  3. malagabay says:

It’s sad seeing Sanders Supporters getting angry because they hoped: This Time It’s Different.

Perhaps the Sanders Supporters will learn: “HOPE” is not a strategy.

I have my doubts because the “HOPE and CHANGE” slogan has been swirling around [going nowhere] since 2008.

The “HOPE and CHANGE” cohort are crazy if they think doing the same thing over and over again will generate a different result.

Jimmy Dore takes us back to 1988.

Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. born November 20, 1942… unsuccessfully sought the Democratic presidential nomination in 1988 and in 2008.

    Brain surgeries

In 1988, Biden suffered two brain aneurysms, one on the right side and the other on the left side of his brain.

In 2013, Biden said ““they take a saw and they cut your head off” and “they literally had to take the top of my head off.” He also said he was told he would have less than a 50 percent chance of fully recovering.

In 2019, the neurosurgeon who operated on Biden in 1988 said he felt that Biden was fit to run for president. In fact, he joked “he’s the only politician in Washington I’m sure has a brain, because I’ve seen it.

The political writer Howard Fineman has said, “Biden is not an academic, he’s not a theoretical thinker, he’s a great street pol. He comes from a long line of working people in Scranton—auto salesmen, car dealers, people who know how to make a sale. He has that great Irish gift.”

During his years as a senator, Biden amassed a reputation for loquaciousness, and “putting his foot in his mouth”, with his questions and remarks during Senate hearings being known as long-winded.

In public appearances, he is known to deviate from prepared remarks.

The New York Times wrote that Biden’s “weak filters make him capable of blurting out pretty much anything”.

    1988 presidential campaign

In September 1987, the campaign ran into trouble when he was accused of plagiarizing a speech that had been made earlier that year by Neil Kinnock, leader of the British Labour Party.

Moreover, while political speeches often appropriate ideas and language from each other, Biden’s use came under more scrutiny because he fabricated aspects of his own family’s background in order to match Kinnock’s.

Biden was soon found to have earlier that year lifted passages from a 1967 speech by Robert F. Kennedy (for which his aides took the blame), and a short phrase from the 1961 inaugural address of John F. Kennedy; and in two prior years to have done the same with a 1976 passage from Hubert H. Humphrey.

A few days later, Biden’s plagiarism incident in law school came to public light.

Video was also released showing that when earlier questioned by a New Hampshire resident about his grades in law school, he had said he graduated in the “top half” of his class, that he had attended law school on a full scholarship, and that he had received three degrees in college, each of which was untrue or exaggerations of his actual record.

Advisers and reporters pointed out that he falsely claimed to have marched in the Civil Rights Movement.

    America’s Color Revolution
Produced by the military/security complex, media, and Democrat Party

The evidence of a color revolution in the works is abundantly supplied by CNN, MSNBC, New York Times, NPR, Washington Post and numerous Internet sites funded by the CIA and the foundations and corporations through which it operates, all of which are committed to Trump’s ejection from the Oval Office.

The American public does not realize the extent to which the institutions of a free society have been penetrated and turned against freedom.

All of these media organizations are establishing the story in the mind of Americans that Trump will not leave office when he loses or steals the election and must be driven out.

Emails are arriving from readers in the UK and Europe reporting that the British and European media are at work preparing the acceptability of the CIA’s color revolution against President Trump.

It is taken for granted by both media and politicians in Europe and the UK that Trump cannot win reelection because he
    (1) is a Putin agent,
    (2) abuses the power of his office,
    (3) represents racist “Trump Deplorables,”
    (4) is a womanizer—“grab them by the pussy,”
    (5) is responsible for America leading the world in Covid-19 cases and deaths,
    (6) doesn’t support NATO (a sinecure for many Europeans),
    (7) is an outsider and not a member of The Establishment and “is not like us,”
    (8) “has orange hair” (orange is considered a low class color).

You can add your own to the list.
